Depending on your qualifications, the Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law may be articulated into a Master of Commercial and Resources Law or a Master of Laws.
Course description, features and facilities
The Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law consists of four units (24 points).
Units are made up from the following:
- units to the value of 18 points from the available Master of Commercial and Resources Law options
- a unit to the value of 6 points from any of the available Law postgraduate options list.
Enrol early in resource law units such as Mining Law, Oil and Gas Agreements, Australian Oil and Gas Law and International Oil and Gas Law as these are sought after and places may be limited.
This degree will provide skills, expertise, knowledge and understanding, which will assist you in taking the next step in your career.
Graduates may find employment opportunities within the Government, resource companies, or corporate energy sector.
