Graduate Diploma in Energy Law
The Graduate Diploma in Energy Law, which articulates with the Faculty’s Master of Commercial and Resources Law, will give graduates a good grasp of energy law, both in Australia and internationally.
Course description, features and facilities
All units in this course are run on an intensive basis. Coverage of the general principles of oil and gas law, together with the legislation and agreements relevant to commercialisation and infrastructure, are supplemented by case studies based on real-life situations.
The course consists of four coursework units (24 points) and articulates with the Master of Commercial and Resources Law.
Presenters include John Chandler, Professor Richard Bartlett, Associate Professor Alex Gardner and David Hodgkinson, and guest presenters drawn from the energy industry and leading professional firms.
