This specialisation offers a detailed knowledge of EU law in a range of fields including constitutional law, the law relating to the single market, competition law, environmental law, and human rights law.
Following this specialisation provides you with a broad, and advanced, understanding of a wide range of European legal topic areas, notably but not exclusively relating to the law of the European Union. In addition to focusing on the law and policy of the EU, the programme also offers you the opportunity to study European legal integration from a comparative law perspective.
The overall approach adopted by the specialisation involves considering not only a wide range of key legal principles that underpin the evolving framework of European legal integration, but also the impact of European law in its broader social, political and economic context.
