Master of Commerce and Technology (MCT)

Master of Laws in Commerce and Technology (LL.M.)

The University of New Hampshire School of Law’s program in Commerce and Technology prepares students for careers in emerging areas of business and law created by the rapid technological change and globalization.

Students augment required curriculum with a selection of courses in three specific areas: Intellectual Property, Transactional/Information Age, and International.

  • Available in Residential program only
  • Admission in August or January
  • Master requires 30 credits
  • LL.M. requires 24 credits, or 30 credits for candidates without a law degree
  • Full-time only
  • Must complete degree in 12 months
  • Apply by LSAC or our Website
  • Graduation ceremony in May
  • NY Bar eligibility for LL.M. students
