Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Certified Program
The various methods available to lawyers in dealing with disputes have become increasingly important in legal practice. Arbitration along with alternative means of dispute resolution now belongs to the core business of international law firms. The Certified Program Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution provides an in-depth and practice-oriented legal training in that field. The curriculum offers students the opportunity to specialize in the areas of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation in an international context. With it, our graduates are prepared for a successful international career in the world of international dispute resolution.
The part-time program is specifically designed for individuals who can’t leave professional or personal commitments for an entire standard academic semester.
