Program Description
The Health Law & Policy Program at the Southern Illinois University School of Law was developed in the early 1980s to advance education and research regarding critical issues in health law and public policy, and medical ethics.
The purpose of the SIU Health Law and Policy Program is to enhance legal education in the rapidly evolving field of health law, focusing on research dissemination, student leadership, scholarship, and interdisciplinary community service. The Program supports an extensive array of opportunities for students in health law education.
