The LL.B program is general and fundamental and will focus on core business and international legal issues. Students will concentrate on case studies and deepening of key legal subjects from a transversal and pluridisciplinary perspective. The LL.B. program prepares students with all necessary skills to apply to Bar schools (in some cases with one additional year for legal reasons) or to enter legal departments of international companies. The LL.B program will be delivered in English and will combine both French civil law and English common law. This hybrid aspect is very relevant in many countries where both systems are applied.
