Family law programs can prepare students for cases involving matrimonial dissolution and child protection. This area of study may provide instruction in the legalities of adoption, neglect and abuse, custody and domestic violence as it relates to child welfare.

After an individual’s undergraduate education has been completed, he or she will need to pursue an LLB in order to actually practice in the field of law. This program typically takes three to four years to complete.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
