With the rise of global terrorism, the traditional distinction between armed conflicts between states and internal armed conflict is being eroded. Meanwhile, international crimes are being perpetrated on a daily basis. How has the law dealt with this? The LLM International Criminal Justice and Armed Conflict provides you with an opportunity to develop a holistic overview of the law governing the use of force by states, the law applicable to the conduct of hostilities, and the international criminal justice system.
