The LL.M. program offers professionals the academic setting conducive to consolidating and acquiring competence in knowledge and skills that currently requires excellent professional performance in an economy marked by integration processes, regionalization and globalization . This is a Master that allows to deepen knowledge of the law, open paths to solving problems, and analyzing particular situations of disciplinary, interdisciplinary, or professional, through assimilation or appropriation of knowledge and skill acquisition for better performance .This will be achieved through case study and simulation, real problem solving, and analysis of contemporary issues. The program aims to stimulate active participation in the investigation, which is expected to generate solutions to social problems, state and corporate. Graduates of this master may deepen their research in a PhD program with one of those foreign universities with which the University Sergio Arboleda has developed academic cooperation.
