Interdisciplinary Law

The LLM or Master of Laws is an internationally-recognized postgraduate degree in law. LLM programs are usually open to those who have first obtained a degree in law.

Interdisciplinary law is an area of study that allows program participants to tailor a degree to suit their career goals in the legal arena. For example, students might study economics alongside financial laws for a position in business.

To gain admission into the Nigerian universities (both public and private universities are in every state of the federation including the FCT), a prospective student has to sit for and successfully pass the UME(Universities Matriculation Examination) which is administered by JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board). Also individual universities regularly screen prospective candidates to make sure they are up to par for university level work in Nigeria.
