Starting from the AA 2016/2017, the Department of Law of the SUN offers its students a new opportunity to go international, in addition to traditional exchange programs. Students will take a new course of study jointly developed at the University of Murcia (Spain) that will allow them to spend three semesters at a foreign university and to achieve, at the end of the path, a double degree, ie a double degree . More precisely, the licenses issued to the term of the course are the "Grado en Derecho" at the University of Murcia and the "Master of Law" at the Second University of Naples.

The goal is to enable the students to live SUN challenging experience in a prestigious foreign university and to expand so their academic horizons, cultural and future job opportunities. The release of the double degree allows access to the "Master en abogacia" in Spain for the forensic obtain the qualification.

The University of Murcia is located in the eponymous town in southern Spain, was founded in 1915 and is a young and dynamic university.

The Department of Social and Legal Sciences is located in the city center, in a modern and functional structure, and is home to a bioethical studies center of international importance (CEBES).

EDUCATIONAL GOALS

The new international CDL activated in partnership with the University of Murcia enables members to achieve, at the end of the course, a double degree that is a double degree in Law. It is, in other words, two graduate degrees (a double degree), one of which will be valid in Italy as a Master's Degree in Law, and the other in Spain as Grado en Derecho. The new international CDL aims to form a professional class that has access to the legal professions in the partner countries and in the EU and that it can enter the job market with great competence and experience gained in the field. To this end, the course provides for the conduct of a study abroad period (half a year) and a period of vocational training in the country of origin.

Those who decide to enroll in CDL International Law in Partnership with the University of Murcia will seek to avail of scholarships annually allocated by SUN. Some of these scholarships are reserved for foreign students.

HEADQUARTERS AND METHOD 'OF CONDUCT

Courses in Italy will take place at the offices of the Department of Law of the SUN, in Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE). Likewise the course in Spain will take place at the headquarters of the Department of Social and Legal Sciences, located in the center of Murcia city. The teaching is organized, both in partner universities to lecture cycles with any evidence elapsed written and / or oral. The exams are oral and may be preceded by a written examination.
