Program Description
This qualification gives a comprehensive overview of Company Law and company secretarial duties. The aim of the course is to develop skills relating to the formation, management, and administration of private companies. Students will also learn about the transactions and procedures typically undertaken in the context of their corporate activities.
This training course will include the following modules:
- Introduction to the various forms of business mediums – part I
- Introduction to the various forms of business mediums – part II
- Tailor made vs. shelf company, resolutions and company meetings
- Shares, shareholders and allotting shares
- Transfer of shares
- Company directors
- Company secretaries, auditors, company registers, audited accounts and the annual return
- Shareholder actions and insider dealing regulations
- Company shares, finances, facilities and security
- Receivership, administration and liquidation procedures
