The Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science takes four years and four months. It consists of a total of seventy-two (72) subjects, which accumulate two hundred and fourteen credits (214).

The curricular structure of the Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science is designed to train the modern lawyer who can face the challenges of the future. This professional has a solid base of knowledge and legal practice, not exclusively in Panamanian law, but in international law, in its public and private aspects.

The aim is to train highly qualified lawyers in the various branches of Law, given that the current conditions in the country require professionals with a solid interdisciplinary education, capable of facing legal problems and providing adequate solutions to reality. For this purpose, students are provided with the necessary elements to develop their analytical, technical and humanistic critical abilities.
