Introduction
The PhD en Droit des affaires is designed to enable students to conduct research in a specific area of business law, forming the basis of their specialization. The target audience for this specialized doctoral program includes experienced business law professionals, jurists, and lawyers. The program aims to empower them to empirically analyze the challenges they encounter in the global, contested, and uncertain context of their operations. The PhD en Droit des affaires is designed to enable students to carry out research in a specific area of business law that will constitute their specialism. Experienced business law professionals, jurists, and lawyers are the target audience of this specialized doctoral program, which aims to enable them to empirically analyze the problems they face in the global, contested, and uncertain context in which they operate.
Candidates are trained to produce independent contributions that can be applied in the world of business and law. Research conducted under the supervision of the thesis supervisor focuses students on topics relevant to today's business world. The main objective is to develop a mastery of legal research methodologies, the systematization of open and critical approaches (open-mindedness, collaborative work, adaptability, etc.), and the development of professional qualities (writing skills, expertise about the research object, etc.) that will enable the doctoral project to be completed.

Curriculum
- 1st year: Research plan
- 2nd year: Submission of a Pre-Thesis
- 3rd year: Final thesis and defense
Evaluation methods
Production of research work, pre-thesis, and thesis defense with the agreement of the thesis supervisor.
Program Outcome
The doctoral student will have acquired the following organizational and professional skills, which are likely to provide added value in terms of knowledge and solutions, integrated into national and international contexts:
