This training in legal sciences aims to allow students to acquire skills focused on the different aspects of Private Law and especially the life of the company, and to familiarize themselves with contractual, fiscal and social techniques. However, this License also offers general training in Public Law, since in each semester there is at least one module relating to Public Law.

The training in Company and Business Law covers the specialized knowledge necessary for the exercise of the main professions of business law, tax law and judicial law. It also provides an introduction to business management and the economic environment, which is promoted by the organization, within the same institution, of training relating to management and accounting.
