Introduction
The objective of European and International Business Law programme to prepare highly qualified business law specialists, who are able to provide legal advice to the transnational and European business environment, to explain the latest business law issues and trends, to analyse and assess business-related legal situations, promptly and effectively deal with legal problems faced by business, conduct research and provide suggestions for the legislator on the improvement of business environment regulation.

Program Structure
Studies are held at Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania for the 1st academic year and at Université Savoie-Mont-Blanc in Chambéry, France for the 2nd academic year.
Studies cover the topics on international tax, banking, insolvency, company, labor, competition, industrial property laws at European and international levels, as well as international commercial litigation. It also includes language study of French – the common international legal language.
Study topics also include topics of contract law, issues of business law, economic integration of the European Union and etc. Students will also have a chance at an internship in international law firms and companies. More information on study content at the program's website.
