Who should apply?
According to the degree type, our postgraduate program offers two streams: one for lawyers [Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Intellectual Property Law], and one for non-lawyers (Specialisation in Comparative Intellectual Property Law). For those who would like to join the program, it is an essential condition to have at least a bachelor's degree. Students with a master’s degree in law will receive a Legal Master’s degree (LL.M.). The program is organized not only for students having a degree in law but also for those who completed their studies in the field of social sciences, computer sciences, natural sciences, health sciences, or engineering.
