Explore scholarship opportunities to help fund your studies
Students begin their Boyd education with essential core classes in civil procedure, criminal law, constitutional law, legal writing, contracts, property and torts. These courses provide a strong groundwork in the theory and practice of law.
In the final two years of study, students pursue more specific interests, such as environmental, immigration, real estate, or gaming law.
Because one size does not fit all, we offer full-time and part-time Juris Doctor programs that meet the diverse needs of our students. Prospective students must select and apply to the program of their choice.
