LLB Programs in European Law in Italy 2023
Overview
European law, as an academic subject, usually engages with the policies, courtroom proceedings and legislation that form the legal framework for the European Union. These classes also tend to investigate treaties the Union has formed over the years it has been in effect.
Italy, officially the Italian Republic, is a unitary parliamentary republic within the European Union, located in Southern Europe. To the north, it borders France, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia along the Alps.
LLB, or legum baccalaureus, is an undergraduate degree in law offered in the UK and other countries that use common law as the basis for their legal systems. When you complete your undergraduate education in professional law, you are awarded a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. With additional accreditation, the LLB allows you to practice law in most countries around the world.
